Kate Middleton Impressed By Prince William’s African Proposal

Apparently Prince William sounded all the right notes when he asked for Kate Middleton’s hand in marriage.

Middleton related how it all went down during an October vacation in Kenya.

“It was very romantic,” she said, “and very personal to Africa.”

Kate Middleton decided to keep the details of exactly how Wills proposed quiet, but she was happy to talk about what marriage will mean for her future. The 28-year old has been dating Prince William for eight years.

“It’s quite a daunting prospect, but hopefully I’ll take it in my stride,” she said. “William’s a great teacher, so he’ll be up to help me … I really look forward to it, and look forward to spending my time with William.”

Kate Middleton said that although they have dated for nearly a decade, the timing wasn’t right until now. “The timing is right now. We’re both very happy, and I’m very glad that I have done it.”

Although the wedding date has not been set, it’s expected that Kate Middleton and Prince William will be married in London sometime next year.
